Risk and Governance Manager £30,000 – £40,000 per annum

Risk and Governance Manager Job Description

The successful applicant will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing & Clinical Services ensuring that systems and processes are in place to address all aspects of Governance and Risk Management, and reflect the requirements of the Integrated Governance and Quality Assurance framework. The post holder will lead the culture of development and continual learning from patient safety information and data.

Patient Experience Manager £30,000 – 40,000 per annum

The successful applicant will work under the direction of the Director of Nursing & Clinical Services ensuring that systems and processes are in place to implement, review and improve the Complaints procedure and lead the culture of development and continued learning from patient experience information and data.

Bank Medical Secretaries c£10 per hour

Medical Secretary Job Description

The successful applicants will be responsible for the provision of an efficient, comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to the Consultant/s and any other members of the clinical teams as required. The post holder must apply a high degree of confidentiality to all of their work. Both full and part-time hours will be considered.

Bank Patient Services Administrators c£8.80 per hour

Patient Services Administrator Job Description

The successful applicants will ideally be experienced in NHS administration and procedures, including booking and PAS systems. You will need to possess excellent communication, inter-personal and customer service skills and be flexible to work within shift patterns that run between 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday, and will include some Saturday cover.

We are also currently establishing a bank of available flexible staff (Nurses, ODP’s and healthcare assistants) who are ISTC Additionality compliant.
