Urgent Eye Clinic

The Lister Surgicentre provides an Urgent Eye Clinic for adult patients only referred by their GP, optometrist or by the local Accident and Emergency departments.  This department specialises in eye emergencies and is not a walk-in clinic.  The Urgent Eye Clinic is located on the ground floor of the Surgicentre.

The Urgent Eye Clinic opening times are:

Monday to Friday 08.45 – 19.30
Saturday             08.45 – 12.30

East and North Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust  has retained responsibility for children’s ophthalmology services. This includes outpatient services (the location remains unchanged) and day case procedures (which will take place in the QEII Hospital).

The Trust will operate an Urgent Eye Clinic Service for children during the following hours:

Monday to Friday 08.45 – 19.30
Saturday             08.45 – 12.30
